Lanikai Triathlon 2012

So this was my second time doing this triathlon but first time doing the whole race. Last year, I did a relay due to a strained Achilles tendon. Why you should ride a black bike

Swimming Part 2

 The past two weeks I've was feeling a little under the weather and just didn't have any energy to write.
